The Cuisine
The B24 menu celebrates Italian cuisine with a contemporary twist. Its culinary philosophy is rooted in the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers, with a strong emphasis on seasonality. The authentic flavors of each ingredient are elevated through the extensive use of the grill, interpreted in different ways to enhance every dish.
Under the guidance of Executive Chef Andrea Gallo, the menu features a selection of dishes that combine premium products with innovative techniques.

Open from late afternoon until late at night, B24 is also the ideal spot for an aperitif and for mixology enthusiasts, thanks to its two charming cocktail bars: the indoor bar and the outdoor bar, which overlooks our multi-level panoramic terraces.
